With over 37 years of extensive experience in the mining and metals industry, Mr. Richards is an accomplished mining executive with a proven track record in operational management, project development, construction, and corporate business development. Mr. Richards has held several CEO roles and currently serves as a director on the boards of Nickel 28 Capital Corp., Goldshore Resources Inc. and Midnight Sun Mining. Throughout his career, Mr. Richards has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving transformational change, leading mergers and acquisitions, and excelling in mine financing and development, particularly in West Africa..

Lincoln Greenidge is an accomplished Senior Executive, Advisor, and Thought Leader with more than 20 years of success across the mining and metals industries, as well as other manufacturing industries. His broad areas of expertise include financial reporting, accounting, business process improvement, strategic planning, due diligence, IPO, and M&A. Lincoln held a leadership position as the Chief Financial Officer of LSC Lithium Corporation where he successfully managed LSC’s liquidity during a strategic review which culminated in the sale of LSC for $111 M to a private company in March 2019. He has also served as CFO of LeadFX, Vice President, Finance and Controller of Enirgi Group Corporation, and Corporate Controller of Hudbay Minerals and IAMGOLD.

Dan Betts is the founder of Hummingbird Resources plc. After graduating from Nottingham University he worked for Accenture Management Consultants until he joined the Betts family business in 2000. Founded in 1760, the family business is the oldest privately-owned gold bullion smelters and refiners in the country. The company has a long history of trading across the world and in dealing in all areas of the precious metal industry. Since founding Hummingbird, Dan has successfully taken the Company from a grassroots exploration business to a listed, producing mining firm.

Stephen R. Dattels is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive. Throughout the majority of his career, Mr Dattels has financed numerous mining ventures in diverse commodities including potash, gold, uranium, copper, iron ore and coal – as well as medical and computer technology.

Bob Metcalfe is a corporate lawyer with Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP in Ontario, Canada. He is a former senior partner at Lang Michener LLP and the former President & CEO of Armadale Properties and Counsel to the Armadale Group of Companies. Mr. Metcalfe currently serves as director on the boards of Gran Colombia Corporation and Blue Star Gold Corp.

Emre Kayışoğlu currently serves as the CEO of ESAN and has a demonstrated history of success in the mining & metals industry, including focus on aluminum, copper, cobalt, zinc and lead. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi.

Thomas Hill joined Hummingbird Resources plc as Chief Financial Officer in September 2010 and was appointed as Finance Director in July 2012. Prior to this Thomas was a senior manager within BDO LLP’s natural resources department, where he worked extensively with quoted mining and exploration companies and was involved with numerous flotations and other corporate transactions. He has a metallurgy, economics and management degree from Trinity College, Oxford, qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO LLP in 2001, and in 2023 was appointed as the Honorary Treasurer of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IMMM)
